News Feeds and Contact Category Manager PDF Печат Е-мейл

Тази страница показва списък на контактите или източниците на външни новини към твоята страница.


Инструменти:
Избираш категория натискайки квадратчето намиращо се в ляво, в началото на всеки ред.

Пусни и Спри: Натискайки "Пусни" или "Спри" иконите пускаш или спираш избраните от теб категории/контакти.

Нов: Натискайки "Нов" иконата създаваш нов контакт/категория.

Редакция: Натискайки "Редакция" иконата редактираш контакт/категория.

Изтрий: Натискайки "Изтрий" иконата изтриваш избраните категории/контакти. Ще имате възможност да потвърдите или откажете действието в нов прозорец, който ще се появи. Не можете д изтриете категория, в която вече има контакти или външни новини. За да изтриете категорията, тя трябва да е празна.


Подредба:
Име на категорията: Това е името на категорията. Натискайки името можете да промените настройките и параметрите й. До името има икона показваща дали категорията е проверена от Admin.

Публикуване: Сочи дали категорията е публикувана или не. Натискайки иконата можете да ппроменяте статуса й.

Преподредба: Ред на показване на категориите. Натискайки стрелките можете да променяте реда на подредба.

Подредба: Ред на показване на категориите в списъка (Не оказва влияние върху изгледа на страницата). Можете да го променяте пишейки директно номера в клетките и натискайки иконата "Запис" горе.

Достъп: Това са нивата на достъп. Public-Публичен, Registered-Регистрирани или Special-Специален.

ID на категорията: Това ID показва идентификацията на категорията в базата-данни.

Чрез този компонент можете да добавяте или редактирате съществуващи потребители.

Лента с интрументи:
Запази: Запаметява добавянето/редактирането и ви връща обратно в потребителския компонент.

Приложи: Запаметява добавянето/редактирането и запазва редактиращия екран отворен.

Откажи: Спира действието ви.

Детайли на потребителя:
Име: Напишете името на потребителя, както ще фигурира в потребителския компонент.

Потребител: Напишете псевдонима, който потребителя ползва за влизане в системата.

Email: Напишете e-mail адреса на потребителя.

Нова парола: Напишете паролата на потребителя.

Потвърди парола: Потвърдете паролата на потребителя.

Група: Изберете групата на потребителя.

Помощ: Ниво на достъп на потребителя.

Блокиране на потребител: Забранява/разрешава достъп до системата.

Получаване уведомяващ e-mail: Получаване или не на уведомяващ администратора e-mail, при изпратено до системата, съдържание от потребителя.

Дата на регистрация: Показва датата на регистрация на потребителя.

Дата на последно посещение: Показва последната дата на която потребителя е влизал в системата.


За контакти:
Тази секция е достъпна само ако потребителя е добавен чрез Компонент Контакти и е свързан с реален потребител на системата (Компоненти -> Контакти -> Управление). Ако това е направено, информацията е достъпна и има директна връзка към редактиращия детайлите на потребител екран.

Управление на анкети : Нови / Редактиране

Чрез този компонент можете да създавате / редактирате анкети във въшия сайт.

Интсрументи:
Прегледай: Натискайки тази икона ще се отвори нов прозорец, показващ как ще изглежда анкетата публикавана в сайта ви: Заглавие, възможни отговори и гласувай/виж резултатите.

Запази: Запазва новата/редактирана анкета и ви връща в главния екран на компонента.

Затвори: Спира действията ви. Промените не се запазват. Ако анкетата е отворена за редакция, остава заключена до намеса на администратора.


Детайли:
Заглавие: Напишете въпроса на анкетата (100 букви max).

Интервал: Въведете интервала (в секунди), през който повторно гласуване в същата анкета е възможно. Първоначалната стойност е 86400 (24 часа).

    * За 24 часа: 86400.
    * За 12 часа: 43200.
    * За 6 часа: 21600.
    * За 1 час: 3600.

Възможни отговори: (полета от 1 до 12) Въведете възможни отговори които да бъдат избирани от потребителите при гласуването. Празните полета не се показват на сайта. Потребителите могат да избират само възможните оттовори въведени от вас.

Забележка: Можете да добавяте нови възможни отговори след публикуване на анкетата. Изтриване на първоначални възможности може да повреди данните запаметени в базата, затова ще трябва да направите нова анкета.

Внимание: От 03/02/05 не може да се записва анкета без възможни отговори, защото генерира грешки в базата данни. Трябва да са въведени поне два възможни отговора!

Меню показване: Тук избирате на коя/и страница/и анкетата ще бъде видима. Можете да свързвате анкетата с определено/и подменю/та от главното меню. Конфигурира се чрез модула "Анкети" (mod_poll), който извежда запазените от вас анкети.


Show on menu items: Select here which page(s) the poll should be displayed on. Allows to link the poll to specific menu items only. Works together with the "Polls" Module (mod_poll) which will display the configured polls. You may select multiple Menu Item Links.

NOTE: This means that polls assigned to specific Menu Items must have the 'Polls' module assigned to the same Menu Items to be displayed (Modules-> Site Modules).

This page lets you create or edit a News Feed Item.

Toolbar Icons

Save: Click this icon to save the created or modified News Feed.

Cancel: Cancels any change or creation. When clicking while editing, the item will remain checked-in.

Details

Name: Type here the name of the News Feed as it will appear on your site.

Category: Select here the News Feed Category you want this News Feed to belong to.

Link: Enter here the link to the feed as provided by the source. This is generally obtained by mouseover and copy the link through the RSS Feed icons on the site concerned.

Number of Articles : Type here the maximum number of Articles to display. If the provider has decided of a lower number, the lower number will be used.

Cache Time (in seconds): Type here the time between refreshes, in seconds.

Ordering: This is the order the Item will display in the News Feed Manager. Defaults to last when created, may be changed when editing.

Published: Click the radio button to decide whether this News Feed will display or not on your site.

This page lets you create or edit contacts on your site.


Toolbar:
Save: Click this icon to 'Save' your new or edited Contact Details.

Cancel : Click this icon to exit the screen without saving. This takes you back to Contact Manager. The contact remains checked-in.

Contact Details:
Any field left blank is not displayed.
Any field filled out will be included into the downloadable vCard for this Contact.

Category: Drop-down select of all published Contact categories

Linked to User: Drop-down select of all registered users of the web site. Can be set to " - No User - " for independent setup of a site contact.

Name: Type here the name of the contact as it will display on the site. Can be either a person's name, or a departement, a product, or whatever you wish.

Contact's Position: Best used with a Name, as the title is displayed if this field is used. Example would be "CEO".

E-mail: E-mail adress for this Contact.

The following 5 fields can be used to provide geographical access information if desired.
  • Street Address
  • Town/Suburb 
  • State/County
  • Country 
  • Postal Code/ZIP

The following two fields can be used to provide Phone and Fax Contact information if desired.
  • Telephone  
  • Fax
Miscellaneous Info:  Type here any other information you wish to provide about this Contact.


Publishing Tab:

Site Default: Select Yes or No to make this Contact the default for your site.

Published: Select Yes or No to show this Contact to your visitors.

Ordering: Contact needs to be saved first to display a drop-down select here to order this Contact in the list of published Contacts for the site. Select the Contact after which you wish to display the current Contact.

Access: Who can view this Contact on the frontend if published. Public, Registered or Special

Images Tab:
You may select here an image (from folder images/stories) to display next to this Contact, or select "- Select Image -" to not display any image.

If an image is chosen, it will show in the Preview block.

ParametersTab:
Here are various settings for what is displayed when the user clicks to view a Contact item.

Menu Image: Allows you to set an image that would appear to the left or right of the menu item. The image must be placed in the /images/stories directory.
Note: This field is useless in 4.5.2.1 as this page does not concern a Menu Item.

Page Class Suffix: Allows you to set customized styles for this page. The suffix you type here is automatically added to the CSS classes for this page.

Print Icon: Hides or shows the icon and link to the printer-friendly format of items. The pull down lets select 'Use Global' to use the parameter as defined globally through the Site->Global Configuration, 'Hide' or 'Show'.

Back Button: Controls whether to show or hide a "Back" text link that would appear on the bottom of the page and return the user to the previously viewed page. The pull down lets select 'Use Global' to use the parameter as defined globally through the Site->Global Configuration, 'Hide' or 'Show'.

The following 12 fields defined above may be hidden or shown by checking the radio buttons:
  • Name
  • Position
  • E-mail
  • Street Address
  • Town/Suburb 
  • State/County
  • Country 
  • Postal Code/ZIP
  • Telephone
  • Fax
  • Misc. Info
  • Image
E-mail description: Show/Hide the description text below.

Description text: Type here the description text for the Email form. If left blank, it will use the _EMAIL_DESCRIPTION language definition.

E-mail Form: Show/Hide the e-mail to form.

E-mail copy: Show/Hide the checkbox to e-mail a copy to the sender's adress.

Drop-down: Hide or Show the drop-down select list when in full view. Whatever the contact link accessed, this will let the user choose another contact to display.

Icons/Text: This lets you decide if the fields listed below should be introduced by an icon, the default text for the fields in the Contact Details or nothing.

You may choose, if decided so above, a specific icon to introduce the following fields:
  • Address
  • E-mail
  • Telephone
  • Fax
  • Misc Info
If you choose a custom image, this image should be uploaded to the  images/stories directory in the Media Manager

This page displays information about a client when you create or edit it.

Toolbar Icons:
Save: Click here to save your new or edited client's details.

Close: Cancels the action. Any modification is lost. If opened to edit, the client remains checked-in.


Details:
Client Name : Type here the name of the business which buys banner display from your site.

Contact Name: Type here the name of whom to contact about matters related to this client.

Contact Email: The e-mail of the person to contact. Will only be visible here.

Extra Info: Any other information about the client you wish to store. Only visible here.

This page allow you to create or edit a banner's details.

Toolbar Icons:
Upload: Opens a new window which lets you upload an image from your computer to the images/banners folder.

Save: Saves the content and returns to Manager.

Close: Cancels the action. Any modification is lost. If opened to edit, the banner remains checked-in.


Details:
Banner Name: Type here the name for the Banner.

Client Name: Select from the list of configured clients.
 
Impressions Purchased: Enter the number of times to display to banner into the input field, or tick the "Unlimited" checkbox for unlimited display.
 
Banner URL: Select the banner image to be displayed from the list of available banners. Images need to be stored in the "images/banners" folder to be available for selection here. The selected image will be displayed at the bottom of the screen.
 
Show Banner: Select Yes or No.
 
Click URL: Enter here the full URL to the page which should open when the banner is clicked on.
 
Custom banner code:  You may enter here some code (See Developper Manual for more information).
 
Clicks: "Reset Clicks" button: clicking this button will reset the click count shown on the right for the banner to 0.

Banner Image: Image selected under "Banner URL" is displayed here for your convenience.

This page lets you create or edit a Section.

Toolbar Icons

Apply: Saves the section and keep the page displayed to edit.

Cancel: Cancels the action. Any modification is lost. If opened for edit, the Section remains checked-in.

Section Details

Section Title: Type here the name of the section as you want it to display on your site.

Section Name: Type here the name of the section as you want it to appear in the database and the back-end.

Image: Select here an image to display next to the Section Description text. The dropdown lists an image choice from the images/stories folder.

Image position: Select here the position of the image relative to the description text. Left or right.

Ordering: Select here the order of the section among other sections. This will reflect in the Section Manager. New sections default to the last place. Ordering can be changed after applied or saved.

Access : This is the user access level for the category. Public, Registered or Special.

Published: Check the box to let the item show on your site.

Description:  Type here a description of the Section. This text will show пїЅif decided soпїЅ when the section is displayed as a table, blog or other sections.


Formatting content
The formatting options interface depend on the Editor you are using.
Many editors are available as Open Source (through http://developer.joomla.org) or commercial products.

Mambo comes with 2 default editors:
  • NO WYSIWYG: This editor lets you enter text and/or HTML code directly.
  • TinyMCE: This editor lets edit in WYSIWYG or HTML mode (See specific Help).
NOTE: It is advised to publish only one editor at a time in Mambot Manager and to save also that choice in Global Configuration.

NOTE: It is not advised to use the Mambot tag { mospagebreak } in this description field.


The following parameters will only show once the section is applied or saved.

Link to Menu

This will create a new menu Item in the menu you select.

Select a Menu: Highlight here one the menus defined for your site.

Select Menu Type: Select here 'Section List', 'Section Blog' or 'Section Archive Blog' Menu Item types.

Menu Item Name: The name of the Menu as it will appear on your site.

Link to Menu: Click on this button to create the Menu Item.


Existing Menu Links

This displays a list of all Menu Items referencing this section.

This page lets create or edit a Static Content Item.
Static Content Items are not part of a section or category. They cannot be added to a blog, category or section page. The only way to display them on your site is through a Menu.

Toolbar Icons

Preview: Opens a new window to preview the content as you would in the Front-end of your site.

Upload: Opens a new window which lets you upload a file or an image from your computer to the images/stories folder.

Save: Saves the content and returns to Manager.

Apply: Saves the content and keep the content displayed to edit.

Cancel: Cancels the action. Any modification is lost. If opened to edit, the Static Content Item remains checked-in.


Item Details
 
Title: Type here is the title of the Static Content. This is the title as it will appear on the page when displayed.

Title Alias: This field is not used by core.  SEF scripts and dynamic title/meta scripts use it and it may have a future use.

Text (required): Type here the content you want to display.

Content Mambots:
Content Mambots are special tags you place in your content that Joomla parses to perform a particular action or function. These Mambots will be available (if published) even if you choose NO WYSIWYG editor in the Global Configuration. They may be published or edited through the Mambot Manager (Mambots->Site Mambots, Filter set to content).

The two default Mambots specifically used when editing content are:
  • {mosimage} (mosimage Mambot): Used to tell Joomla where to place graphics in your content.
  • { mospagebreak} (mospaging Joomla): Instructs Joomla to create a page break in your content. You can break your content into several pages if you like. If you do, a table of content will display to let you navigate between the different pages created.

Buttons to insert these codes may be published or not through (Mambots->Site Mambots, Filter set to editor.xtd). You may also manually type them into your content. Remember that in order for your images to show in the content, you must insert the {mosimage} code snippet where you would like your image to be placed in your content.

Formatting content
The formatting options interface depend on the Editor you are using.
Many editors are available as Open Source (through http://developer.joomla.org) or commercial products.

Joomla comes with 2 default editors:
  • NO WYSIWYG: This editor lets you enter text and/or HTML code directly.
  • TinyMCE: This editor lets edit in WYSIWYG or HTML mode (See specific Help).
NOTE: It is advised to publish only one editor at a time in Mambot Manager and to save also that choice in Global Configuration.


The Attributes Area for Static Content consists of five tabs:
Publishing, Images, Parameters, Meta Info and Link to Menu.

Publishing
Publishing Info

Published: Check the box to let the item show on your site.

Access Level: Choose who will be able to view this content. Public, registered or special.

Author Alias: You can publish the author's name for a piece of content. You can choose a Registered user as displayed through the dropdown or type any name there (an author that does not have an account or content created by many authors as a group).

Change Creator: This allows you to assign ownership of this content to another registered user.

Ordering: Select the order in which this content is listed relative to others in this Category. The choices available in the dropdown will show once changes to the item are saved or applied.

Override Created Date: This shows the created date for the content. You can change the date if necessary.

Start Publishing: Select the date when this document is to be published on the web site.

Finish Publishing: If desired, you can set the date when your content is to be expired.

Content ID: This is the ID of the content in the database.

State: This shows the current state of the document. It is not editable.

Hits: This gives the number of times this content was viewed.
The 'Reset Hit Count' button allows you to reset the counter to zero.

Revised: This shows the number of edits this content has undergone.

Created: This is the date this content item was created.

By: This is the name of the user that created the content item.

Last Modified: This is the date when this content item was last modified, if ever.

By: This is the name of the user that last modified this content, if ever.


Images
MOSImage Control

Sub-folder: Choose here the sub-folder you want to get the images from. These are in images/stories/.

Gallery Images: This dropdown lists the images available in the specific sub-folder.
Highlight one or multiple image name(s) and click on the 'Add' button.
The name(s) will display in the Content Images dropdown.

Content Images
The 'up' and 'down' buttons determine the order of images if there are more than one on this page. The images will display relative to the instances of {mosimage} tags in your content.

Edit the image selected
Select an image in 'Content Images'.
Source: Displays the default name of the image highlighted. You may edit that name.
Image Align: Lets you choose between None, center, left or right.
Alt Text: Lets you choose an Alt Text for the image.
Border: Type here the number of pixels you want the border to be around the image.
Caption: Type here a caption for the image.
Caption Align: Lets you choose between None, center, left or right.
Width: Type here a number in pixels to override the width of the image
Apply: Click on this button to apply all the parameters defined for this image

Parameters
Parameter Control

Menu Image: A small image to place to the right of your Menu Item. Images must be in images/stories

Page Title: Hides or shows the Page Title as defined in 'Details'

For each of the following seven items listed below, you can use the option selected in the Global Configuration settings (Site -> Global Configuration) by selecting 'Use Global' or you can override the Global Configuration setting by selecting 'Show' or 'Hide.' Overriding the settings here for items will not affect the Global Configuration settings and will not affect the settings on the rest of the site.

Item Rating: Hides or shows ratings given to home page items by your site's users.

Author Names: Hides or shows the names of authors of items.

Created Date and Time: Hides or shows the date and time that items were created.

Modified Date and Time: Hides or shows the date and time that items were last modified.

PDF Icon: Hides or shows the icon and link to the PDF version of items.

Print Icon: Hides or shows the icon and link to the printer-friendly format of items.

Email Icon: Hides or shows the icon and link to the page that enables users to email items to others.


Meta Info
Meta Data

Description: This information is inserted in the headers of your content. It is commonly used by search engines.

Keywords: These keywords are also related to the header information provided for search engines, but provide too a much more important function. These keywords drive the What's Related Module that provides automatic links to other content items that shares a similar keyword.

Add Sect/Cat/Title:  Clicking on this button is a convenient way to insert the content's information into the keywords field, including the content's title, section name, and category name.

Link to Menu

This will create a 'Link - Static Content Item' in the menu you select.
NOTE: There is no other way to show this content on your site. The link may also be created through the Menu Manager.

Select a Menu: Highlight here one the menus defined for your site.

Menu Item Name: The name of the Menu as it will appear on your site.

Link to Menu: Click on this button to create the Menu Item.


Existing Menu Items

This displays a list of all 'Link - Static Content Item' Menu Items referencing this static content.
